ALL REQUESTS WILL DEPEND ON STAFF & PLAYER AVAILABILITY

The Raptors are always happy to contribute to community events.  If your organization or group would like to request a donation from the Raptors please view the following guidelines and complete the Donation Request form.

• All requests must be submitted on your organization's letterhead, via mail, fax or hand delivery.  NOTE: Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
• All requests must be accompanied by a COMPLETED Donation Request form.
• All requests must be received at least four weeks before your event.
• Please include an email address and/or phone number so that we can confirm the receipt of your request.
• Organizations will be granted one request each year, so that we can attmept to help as many organizations as possible.
• Requests for monetary donations will NOT be accepted.
